I can’t log in.

Cause

The cause may be an incorrect email address or its alias. Typically, the email address associated with your user account is the one you normally use to communicate with the order department.

Solution

Please verify that you are entering the email address you normally use to communicate with your colleagues in the Order Coordination Department. If you prefer to use a different address, please contact your sales representative or the Order Coordination Department directly at orders@tecumed.com to have this address updated.

Cause

Another possible cause is that a user account has not yet been created for you.

I haven’t received the email to reset my forgotten password.

Cause

An incorrectly entered email address (e.g., a typo, a missing letter, etc.) was provided to receive a new password.

Solution

Please check the email address you entered or request a new password again.

Cause

The email address provided to receive a new password is not in the application’s database. Unless otherwise specified by the user, this is usually the email address you typically use to communicate with the order coordination department.

Please verify that you are entering the email address you normally use to communicate with colleagues from the Order Coordination Department orders@tecumed.com.

Cause

The email containing the link to create a new password was automatically moved to the Spam or Junk Mail folder in your email inbox.

Please check the Spam and Junk folders in your email inbox.

Cause

The hospital’s network firewall settings do not allow emails from the Tecumed system to be delivered to your inbox.

Solution

Please contact your sales representative or the Order Coordination Department (orders@tecumed.com) directly.

I haven’t received the order confirmation email.

Cause

Your order has not yet been processed.

Solution

Please wait; your request will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the patient’s CT data.

The email confirming receipt of your order was automatically moved to the Spam or Junk folder in your inbox.

Please check the Spam and Junk folders in your email inbox.

I haven’t received the email confirming that the form was submitted.

Cause

The form was not submitted.

Solution

Verify whether the form’s status has changed in the application. If the Status at the bottom of the form bar is Active, the form has not been submitted. (After clicking Submit, you must confirm that submitting the form closes it for further editing.)

I don’t see any 3D design proposals for verification in the verification form.

Cause

The 3D model has not yet been uploaded and made available.

Please wait for an email with information about the verification form.

Cause

The order contains multiple solutions. Individual 3D models of the selected solution will always be displayed in a separate 3D window after selecting an option in the first question.

To view the 3D model, select the appropriate solution in the first question.

I received an email regarding an order I didn’t place.

Cause

You were manually assigned to this order based on information from the doctor who requested it.

Please contact your sales representative or the Order Coordination Department at orders@tecumed.com.

The form has already been filled out and submitted, but I didn’t write the answers.

Cause

All assigned doctors and collaborating doctors have the right to complete the order. The date of the last submission and its author are visible above the first question on the form.

Solution

If you wish to add information about the order, such as an order number or a brief comment, you can use the „Note“ button in the upper-right corner of the form.
